Here's how to sell us your gold in four simple steps!

• Request your appraisal Kit: Enter your information in our Request Appraisal form to the right. Once you have submitted your information our team will put together an appraisal shipping kit for you, put it in the mail and you will receive it quickly.
• Package and Ship your items to us: The appraisal kit contains a welcome letter with instructions on how to send in your gold. It contains a tamperproof clear bag in which to place your items. There will be a pre-paid and insured FedEx shipping label included. Bring the packaged items to a FedEx location nearest you and send your package to us.
• Receive and accept your offer: You will be notified via email that your offer is ready. We will have it ready for you within 24 hrs of receiving your items. Review the offer, accept the offer and update relevant payment or banking information.
• Receive your cash: Once you formally accept our offer for your goods, we will go directly to the payment process. You will receive via email verification of the payment to you via your chosen method of receiving your cash.
• NOTE: You do not have to accept our offer. If you do not your goods will be returned to you the next day. There is no obligation or risk to this process, the items are insured during shipment.
